P&LIN (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD, formerly known as P&LIN Engineering, has been serving the marine and offshore sector since 2004. The business first got rolling in the early ’90s, when Jason Teo began focusing on diesel engine parts and mechanical systems for vessels - laying the groundwork for what would become P&LIN.
These days, they cover just about everything - from engine parts to A/C units, separators, turbochargers, and marine pumps - keeping vessels stocked with the right gear when it counts. Their inventory includes spares for engines like MAN B&W, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Cummins, and Volvo-Penta. They also deal in compressor parts from names like Daikin, Bitzer, and Tanabe, and supply purifier components for systems like Alfa Laval and Mitsubishi.
Once they opened their Dalian branch, handling vessel supply calls in China became quicker and far more coordinated. The team provides not only spares but also ship stores and food provisions, serving vessels in Singapore and key Chinese ports like Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Xiamen.
They’ve also built out a technical services division. This includes onboard troubleshooting, workshop-based reconditioning, and turbocharger balancing and blasting when needed. They’re also set up for ocean tugging, with high-horsepower tugs on standby when vessels need help fast - especially in tight situations.
