SPI Astilleros, the trading name of Servicios Portuarios Integrados S.A., is an Argentine ship repair, conversion and construction group with more than forty years in the country's naval industry. Its head office and main yard are at the port of Mar del Plata in Buenos Aires Province.
The Mar del Plata yard has its own facilities for construction, repair and conversion. Two floating docks, Mossdock 2000 and the smaller Mossdock 1, allow several repair or conversion projects to run at the same time on vessels of different sizes.
Two further yards belong to the group. SPI Campana, trading as SPI Alnavi, lies close to the Parana river at Campana in Buenos Aires Province and covers 22,000 square metres; it specialises in series construction of barges for the main navigable waterway and also carries out design, engineering, repair, conversion and maintenance of vessels and naval structures as well as industrial assembly work. SPI Caleta Paula, trading as Astilleros Patagonicos Integrados S.A., is at the port of Caleta Paula in Santa Cruz Province, 70 kilometres from Comodoro Rivadavia, and handles repair, maintenance and construction of various vessel types and naval structures.
Quality management is certified to ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas Certification, covering design, construction, repair, conversion and outfitting of ships and naval structures. An oil and gas division has been added; in June 2026 it signed a contract for water pumping during tank testing at the Punta Colorada terminal in Rio Negro.
