SWS wholly owns Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding and Offshore Co., Ltd. SWS Offshore, controls Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. SWS Engineering, and shares the CSSC Cruise Technology Development Co., Ltd. CCTD.
