Park Shipyard

Park Shipyard, Park Tersanesi in Turkish, is a ship repair yard at Altinova in Yalova province, on the Sea of Marmara. It was established in September 2023 and is owned jointly by two established maritime companies. The site covers 50,000 square metres. The yard is set up for repair, maintenance and conversion, with enclosed workshops, CNC-guided steel processing and heavy lifting on site, and it also takes newbuilding projects. The layout is deliberately compact, workshops, berths and machinery areas close to one another, which shortens internal transport when extra work is added to a job part way through. Because the yard is new, there is little published operating record behind it. Buyers comparing it against older yards in the same zone should ask for current docking arrangements and references directly.
