Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Changxingdao Shipyard, DSICCX, is the Changxing Island plant of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry, in the economic zone north-west of Dalian. Both newbuilding and ship repair and conversion are carried out here. Two dry docks are in service, the larger of 300,000-tonne class. Six berths serve them, each rated for vessels of 300,000 tonnes and with 10.8 metres of water alongside.
