Based in Istanbul, Zeymarine functions as a specialized shipping agency focusing on comprehensive port and transit services within Turkey and internationally. The organization handles vessel requirements throughout the Turkish Straits, including the Bosphorus and Dardanelles, ensuring smooth passages for various ship types. Beyond transit coordination, the agency provides dedicated port services across all major Turkish maritime hubs such as Aliağa, İzmit, İskenderun, and Mersin. These activities encompass husbandry services, crew changes, spare parts delivery, and technical assistance, alongside bunker and lubricant supply coordination.
Expansion into European markets is supported through a regional office in Rotterdam, which facilitates agency services across the Benelux region. This international reach allows the team to manage diverse maritime operations while maintaining local expertise in Turkish waters. The scope of work also includes protector agency roles, where the interests of ship owners and charterers are represented during port calls or transit operations to safeguard against potential delays or disputes.
Quality management remains a core component of the daily operations at Zeymarine, evidenced by certifications such as ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental standards, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. The firm maintains active professional connections through memberships in prominent industry organizations, including BIMCO and the Turkish Chamber of Shipping. Compliance with international standards is further reinforced by adhering to the criteria set by FONASBA. By integrating technical knowledge with logistical support, the agency manages the complex needs of modern shipping, from dry dock supervision to emergency medical evacuations and customs clearances. The focus stays on delivering factual, data-driven logistical solutions that meet the rigorous demands of global maritime trade while ensuring environmental and safety compliance in every port of call.
