ROVESA was founded in 1991 by Oscar Rojas Snchez, initially providing ship agency services in the port of tampico. Over the years, the company has diversified to offer comprehensive maritime and port services, including ship agency, cargo/logistics services, and offshore industry services. Rovesa Offshore Consulting is part of the Rovesa group, specializing in services for the oil gas industry, particularly in compliance with environmental regulatory requirements. ROVESA is fully certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, TRACe, member of AMANAC and FONASBA, and Associate Member of Intertanko and Intercargo.
