Go Shipping is a maritime services provider headquartered in Piraeus, Greece, having been active in the shipping industry since 2006. As a shipping and port agent, the company facilitates the logistical and administrative requirements of vessel port calls, primarily focusing on operations within Greek maritime hubs. Its presence in Piraeus allows it to manage a wide range of vessel-related tasks, acting as a direct link between shipowners, operators, and local port authorities.
The company’s agency services cover the essential aspects of a vessel's stay in port, starting with the management of customs and immigration formalities and the processing of vessel clearance documentation. During a port call, the agency provides husbandry support which includes the coordination of crew changes, medical assistance for personnel, and the delivery of essential ship supplies such as provisions and spare parts. Technical support is also a core part of its operations, involving the arrangement of bunker fuel supplies, fresh water delivery, and the coordination of waste disposal services in compliance with local regulations.
By operating across major Greek ports, the company applies specialized local knowledge to assist with the complex documentation required for international shipping. These activities ensure that both the vessel and its cargo move through the port environment without unnecessary delays. The company handles various types of vessels and cargo, offering operational assistance that ranges from standard port agency duties to the management of more specialized marine logistics. This geographic focus and operational scope provide a framework for international operators requiring consistent support and technical expertise while navigating Greek territorial waters.
