Zhejiang Jindun Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and is a high-pressure seamless steel gas-cylinder manufacturer located in Zhejiang Province with a registered footprint in the Zhoushan-Ningbo industrial region. The factory has installed nine production lines for billet-type seamless gas cylinders, including a 3,600-tonne billet press, together with three additional lines for spun-type cylinders, supporting an annual production capacity of approximately two million cylinders. The product portfolio covers industrial gas cylinders, fire-fighting CO2 cylinders, marine-class breathing-apparatus cylinders for SCBA and EEBD applications and high-pressure cylinders for marine and offshore CO2 fixed fire-fighting systems, with associated valves and accessories. For the marine sector the relevant scope is manufacture, in-service inspection and re-qualification of pressure vessels and gas cylinders required for SOLAS-compliant life-saving and fire-fighting equipment. Jindun operates under ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality systems and has obtained international qualifications including US DOT, Transport Canada TC, Chinese CCS marine class and type-approval recognition from the international classification societies, including the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Germanischer Lloyd. Products are exported to more than ninety countries and territories worldwide, supplying shipyards, marine safety service stations, fire-protection contractors and industrial gas distributors. The factory is recognised by ABS for the relevant pressure-vessel manufacturing and inspection scopes. Field teams are dispatched on a 24-hour call basis to anchorages, berths and shipyards in the surrounding port cluster, with mobile workshops and spare-parts stock allowing periodical, intermediate and renewal items to be closed during normal cargo or bunkering stays. Reporting follows the relevant IACS and flag-administration templates, with photographic evidence, inspector signatures and traceable test results so that class surveyors and port-state control officers can verify the work directly.
