Xiamen Et-Ocean Star Marine Co., Ltd. is based in Xiamen, a major Fujian Province port on the southeastern China coast that hosts the Xiamen Port container complex at Haicang and Songyu, alongside cruise, ferry and ship-repair facilities serving the Taiwan Strait shipping lanes and the wider South China Sea trading area. The firm provides on-board technical attendance covering lifesaving, fire-safety, tightness, pressure vessel and in-water survey scopes to commercial vessels calling Xiamen-area berths and the surrounding anchorages used for crew change, bunkering and routine maintenance. Lifesaving services include lifeboat and rescue boat annual and five-yearly servicing, liferaft annual inflation and pressure testing, immersion-suit and lifejacket renewal and overhaul of associated release gear, hoist wires and survival pack contents. Fire-safety work covers portable extinguisher recharge, fire main and hydrant pressure testing, fixed CO2, foam and water-spray system overhaul and breathing apparatus maintenance for EEBD and SCBA sets used during enclosed-space drills and emergency-response training. Additional disciplines cover ultrasonic hatch-cover testing on weather-deck closures of bulk carriers, watertight integrity checks on bulkheads and door arrangements, pressure vessel inspection on engine-room auxiliary vessels including air receivers and steam-side installations and underwater inspection by qualified diver-technicians supporting in-water surveys. ET-Ocean Star holds service supplier recognition by ABS, Bureau Veritas, the China Classification Society, DNV and Lloyd's Register, allowing servicing and inspection records to be considered during periodical, intermediate and special surveys on commercial tonnage trading through the Taiwan Strait, South China Sea and beyond. Customers include shipowners, ship managers and port agents arranging routine maintenance attendance during commercial port calls in the Xiamen area and at neighbouring Fujian and Guangdong terminals.
