Qingdao Yahui Marine Service Co., Ltd. is a marine safety service contractor based in Qingdao, Shandong Province, serving vessels at Qingdao Port, the Dongjiakou terminal, the Lanshan and Rizhao ports and other northern Yellow Sea calls. The workshop is configured around the periodical SOLAS scope for life-saving appliances and fire-fighting equipment, with class-related hull and pressure work added in support of repair-period surveys. Annual and five-yearly servicing is performed on inflatable liferafts, conventional and totally enclosed lifeboats, rescue boats, davits and launching appliances, hydrostatic release units, immersion suits, lifejackets and lifebuoys, while fire-safety work covers recharging and hydrostatic testing of portable extinguishers, performance checks on fixed CO2, foam and water-spray installations, fire hose and hydrant pressure testing, and breathing-apparatus servicing for EEBD and SCBA sets together with cylinder pressure-vessel inspection. Lifting appliance and gear surveys and class-acceptable underwater hull inspection through approved diving subcontractors are also offered. The Liberian Registry records Yahui as an authorised lifeboat service provider under reference ASP-228, and the firm is recognised by several IACS classification societies including DNV, Korean Register, Lloyd's Register, ABS and Bureau Veritas for the relevant LSA, FFE and pressure-vessel categories. Reports issued at Qingdao are accepted for statutory and class surveys on merchant tonnage flying flags that recognise these classification societies during port calls in Shandong. Coordination between LSA, FFE and class-related work scopes is handled from one work order so multiple periodical items can be closed during a single port call, reducing off-hire time for owners and managers. Spare parts for liferaft canisters, lifeboat release-hooks, hydrostatic release units, extinguisher refills, EEBD and SCBA composite cylinders and CO2 control-station components are held in workshop stock, allowing immediate replacement of expired or non-compliant items at the time of inspection.
