Qingdao Sailglory (Sing-Ocean) Ships Service Co., Ltd. is a Qingdao-based marine service contractor delivering safety, structural and pressure equipment work to commercial shipping calling at the ports of Shandong. The firm is recognised by ABS, Bureau Veritas, DNV and Lloyd's Register, allowing its technicians to perform attendances that are accepted directly into classification survey records under those societies. Core activity covers life-saving appliance and fire-fighting equipment programmes: periodical testing of LSA inventories, servicing of lifeboats and rescue boats, liferaft servicing, fire extinguisher recharge, inspection and testing of fixed CO2, foam and water spray systems, and pressure testing of fire hoses and hydrants. Breathing apparatus such as EEBD and SCBA sets is serviced and pressure tested, and immersion suits and lifejackets are inspected to SOLAS requirements. Sailglory also undertakes pressure vessel inspection of boilers, air receivers and similar shipboard pressure equipment, alongside underwater inspection in lieu of drydocking for vessels approved for in-water survey. Procedures follow SOLAS chapter III and the LSA Code for safety appliance work, IACS unified requirements for in-water survey, and the rules of each approving society for pressure equipment. Equipment calibration and operator qualifications are maintained in line with approving society expectations, and reports are issued in formats accepted by attending surveyors during port stays in Qingdao and nearby Shandong terminals. Sailglory coordinates LSA, fire, pressure equipment and underwater attendances within a single mobilisation when survey programmes allow, helping reduce port-stay overheads at busy Shandong terminals. Records of LSA test results, recharged fire-fighting units, pressure test data and dive logs are retained for traceability, and reports are released in English where required for international clients running mixed-flag fleets.
