Jiangsu Shenghong Marine Technical Service Co., Ltd. operates from Lianyungang, a major Yellow Sea container, bulk and general cargo port in northern Jiangsu Province that serves as an eastern gateway for the New Eurasian Land Bridge and handles regular calls by ocean-going tonnage. The firm provides ship-side technical attendance to merchant vessels in the Lianyungang port area and surrounding anchorages, focusing on lifesaving, fire-safety and tightness-testing scopes commonly required during periodical class and flag-state surveys. The lifesaving practice covers lifeboat and rescue boat annual inspection and overhaul, davit and launching system load tests, liferaft annual servicing, and renewal of associated release gear and on-load hooks together with hoist wires, falls and survival pack contents. Fire-safety work includes portable fire extinguisher recharge, fire main and hydrant pressure testing, breathing apparatus maintenance for EEBD and SCBA sets used during enclosed-space drills, and routine renewal of related consumables. Tightness and barrier scopes cover ultrasonic hatch-cover testing on weather-deck closures of bulk carriers, watertight integrity verification on bulkheads and door arrangements, and lifting appliance and gear surveys supporting cargo-gear certification under SOLAS chapter VI and ILO requirements. Jiangsu Shenghong is recognised as a service supplier by Bureau Veritas and the China Classification Society, allowing reports issued from its lifesaving, fire-safety and tightness campaigns to be considered during periodical, intermediate and special surveys carried out under SOLAS and class rules. Customers include shipowners, ship managers and port agents arranging routine maintenance attendances during commercial calls at the Lianyungang container, bulk and general cargo terminals on the Yellow Sea coast.
