Hansun (Jiangsu) Marine Technology is the Jiangsu manufacturing arm of the wider corporate marine equipment group, with its facility located on Beihai Road in the Binhai Industrial Park of Qidong, in the Nantong metropolitan region of Jiangsu Province. The site is part of a wider corporate structure that includes Hansun (Shanghai) Marine Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Hansheng Marine Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., supported by an R&D function with several dozen patents covering separator technology and valve design. The group focuses on three product families: water resources, marine conservation and ship safety and automation, and holds type approvals and product certificates from CCS, DNV, ABS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, RINA, ClassNK, KR and RS.
The product portfolio centres on pressure-bearing equipment for the engine room, including oily water separators, fresh water generators, sewage treatment plants, filters and strainers, heat exchangers, hydrophore tanks and associated piping packages. The Qidong plant fabricates pressure vessels and skid-mounted systems to class-approved drawings and performs in-house hydrostatic testing, non-destructive examination and dimensional inspection prior to delivery, with witnessed testing arranged for class surveyors and owner representatives where requested.
Service scopes complement the manufacturing line. Engineers carry out pressure vessel inspection on installed equipment, including class-renewal items on air receivers and hydrophore tanks, together with underwater inspection support co-ordinated through class-recognised diving teams when an in-water survey is scheduled. Qidong's location, less than a hundred kilometres from the major Yangtze River shipbuilding hubs at Nantong, Taicang and Yangzhou, makes the plant a routine choice for newbuild engine-room equipment and post-delivery service work across the regional yards.
