Guangzhou Rui Gang Fire Equipment Co., Ltd is a fire-fighting equipment manufacturer and service company founded in 2004 and based in the Nansha district of Guangzhou, on the southern edge of the Pearl River Delta. The site combines a production plant, a fire-testing facility, a research and development centre and a device laboratory, supported by a workforce of around seventy to ninety staff. The firm holds CCS recognition for the relevant service scopes, and its portfolio of patents includes more than ten product invention patents and around one hundred utility patents covering clean-agent and gas-based suppression systems used in marine and industrial settings.
The product line centres on fixed fire-fighting installations. Ruigang manufactures FM-200 (HFC-227ea) and CO2 suppression systems, water-spray and foam systems, along with a range of supporting selector valves, storage cylinders, discharge nozzles, manifolds and detection and control panels. These systems are supplied to shipbuilding projects as well as mobile communications, rail transit, tunnels, power generation, petrochemical, archive, airport, bank, hospital and tobacco sector clients, with engineered packages designed for engine-room and cargo-space protection on merchant vessels.
On the service side, technicians perform fire-fighting equipment periodical inspection, fire extinguisher recharging for portable and wheeled units, fire hose and hydrant pressure testing and breathing-apparatus servicing covering EEBDs and SCBA sets with cylinder hydrostatic testing. Tightness scopes round out the offering with ultrasonic hatch cover testing and watertight integrity checks on bulkhead doors and weather closures performed during port calls or drydocking visits. The combined manufacturing and service capability allows the company to supply, install, commission and subsequently maintain fixed and portable fire-fighting equipment for the same vessel over its operational life.
