Dalian Longhe Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. is a Chinese commercial diving and underwater engineering company incorporated in Dalian in June 2011 and built around the team of the original Dalian North Longxiang Diving Co., Ltd. established in 2001. The company supports shipowners, port operators, offshore installations, hydropower plants, and infrastructure asset owners across the Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea, and the wider Liaoning coastline with professional underwater salvage, inspection, and repair work.
Service capability covers underwater inspection of hulls and submerged fittings, ultrasonic thickness measurement on shipboard plating performed by diving operatives, underwater magnetic particle examination, underwater visual inspection, underwater welding and cutting, underwater installation and maintenance engineering, dock and lifting operation of offshore facilities, and underwater steel-structure intervention. The diving department draws on naval rescue veterans, with longer-serving divers having more than three decades of operational experience. Equipment includes diving operation vessels, command and support vehicles, light and heavy diving suits, and underwater video equipment.
Quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2008, the company holds diving service capability and credit assessment certificates from the China Diving and Salvage Industry Association, and a diving operation safety certificate. In March 2016 the company received the China Classification Society qualification certificate as an underwater engineering service organisation, allowing field deliverables to be accepted directly by CCS for ship survey work. Recognition also extends to the American Bureau of Shipping, Lloyd's Register, and other societies through case-by-case arrangements during periodic class survey campaigns.
